Please note the following conditions prior to booking:
1. Hire of the pitch is for all 3 days of the Regatta
2. There is no parking adjacent to the pitch. Parking is available in the official HWR parking areas located in the Spectator Zone.
3. No BBQs are permitted in the Gazebo area. We reserve the right to extinguish any BBQs. No naked flames, fires, or candles.
4. Access is available from Friday morning onwards, not before.
5 . Please ensure that your gazebo fits comfortably in your own space and does not block the view or encroach on other customers’ spaces.
6. only gazebos without backs and sides are permitted in the front row. We reserve the right to request their removal if they do not adhere to this.
